Finally discovered why our rainwater tank was not filling. The overflow to the street and the rainwater pipes were connected, so rainwater just took the lowest route ie the street. Have now separated the systems and waiting on some rain to confirm it all works. Have part filled the tank with a hose to confirm that the pump works.

Finally pavers are down, picture really doesn't do them justice.

Some Progress

Been quite a while since any updates,

Pergola now installed- went for steel and larger than originally planned but looks very nice.

Builder has installed the surround to the kitchen window, a small thing but makes a big difference.
